Student Responsibility

1. Pay all your fees at FIFFA bank, bring receipt to registrar.

2. NEVER pay your fees or any money to any Trustech’s employee

3. You must signed your physical file each time you pay your fees with financial secretary

4. You must collect Trustech official receipt from Financial Secretary, and sign your physical file as well

5. You must check and verify your online accounts and fees to ensure accuracy

6. Maintain good conduct and standards at all times

7. Must maintain good academic standards 8. Must dress appropriately and must look professional at all times 9. No loitering

Computer Lab Usage Rules

The purpose of the student computer lab and some important rules for the use of the resources

The student computer lab is a service facility for teachers and students for computer study program. By the use of computers the quality standard of the education will be increased and certain educational items be rendered more effective. The aim is also to familiarize the students with the use of computers and computerized aids as a preparation for their subsequent professional life. Hardware and Maintenance students will be provided separate PCs for practicals It is of great importance that the resources in the student computer lab are functioning and are available for everyone who needs to use them. A considerable part of the period of training is spent in the computer rooms. It is therefore to the benefit of everyone that the lab equipment is in good working conditions and our students feel comfortable using them.

 

The student is obliged to follow the instructions below, in order to fully enjoy our high-tech lab:

1. If a room is reserved for teaching all students who do not take part in this have to leave the room well in advance of the lesson.

2. It is not permitted to use the computers for displaying, printing, storing or distributing matter that may offend others (e.g. pornographic or racist matter).

3. It is not permitted to install, use or distribute illegal copies (pirate copies) of licensed software.

4. It is not permitted to change the operational mode of the computers. The computers must remain switched on and must not be switched off by any student. Do not attempt to open the computer hardware or delete any files

5. It is not permitted to take away manuals, pieces of furniture or other pieces of equipment from the computer rooms. Flash Drive or Floppy may not be used directly on any of the PCs excepted on a dedicated system

6. During evenings and nights and during holidays it is not permitted to leave the doors to the computer rooms.

7. Smoking, consuming of spirituous liquors, consuming of meals and engaging in sexual intercourse is forbidden in the computer rooms. It is also not permitted to be noisy or by other means disturbing other people in the computer rooms.

8. Only persons with a valid student ID card have admission to the Computer Lab. Computer users must at request from the staff of the computer lab be able to prove their identity. It is not permitted to admit unauthorized persons to the computer rooms.

 

How will offenders against these rules be subjected to disciplinary actions?

Persons violating the rules cited above or the contract of responsibility for computer use may be, depending on the nature of the breach of the rules, subjected to three different penalties, which will be issued by the Administration:

 

Reprimand & Warning

Suspension from using the computer lab

Charge a heavy fine and for cost of the damage

How to report errors

Contact the staff of the student computer lab or Lab Assistant immediately Or Registrar

RULES OF CIVILITY

These rules proclaim our respect for others and in turn give us the gift of self-respect and heightened self-esteem.

1. Treat everyone with respect.

2. Be considerate of others. Do not embarrass others.

3. Don't draw attention to yourself.

4. When you speak, be concise.

5. Do not argue with your superior. Submit your ideas with humility.

6. When a person does their best and fails, do not criticize him.

7. When you must give advice or criticism, consider the timing, whether it should be given in public or private, the manner and above all be gentle.

8. If you are corrected, take it without argument. If you were wrongly judged, correct it later.

9. Do not make fun of anything important to others.

10. If you criticize someone else of something, make sure you are not guilty of it yourself. Actions speak louder than words.

11. Do not be quick to believe bad reports about others.

12. Associate with good people. It is better to be alone than in bad company.

13. Always allow reason to govern your actions.

14. Never break the rules in front of your subordinates.

15. Some things are better kept secret.

16. A person should not overly value their own accomplishments.

17. Do not detract from others nor be overbearing in giving orders.

18. Do not go where you are not wanted. Do not give unasked-for advice.

19. If two people disagree, do not take one side or the other. Be flexible in your own opinions and when you don't care, take the majority opinion.

20. Do not correct others when it is not your place to do so.

21. Don't compare yourselves amongst yourselves.

22. Do not be quick to talk about something when you don't have all the facts.

23. Do not be curious about the affairs of others.

24. Do not start what you cannot finish. Keep your promises.

25. Do not speak badly of those who are not present.

26. Don't take so big a bite that you must chew with your mouth open.

27. Show interest in others conversation, but don't talk with your mouth full.

28. Don't allow yourself to become jaded, cynical or calloused.

Our location, provide a convinient spot for easy boarding and unboarding taxis and buses Trustech also have a van and a pickup truck which is available to transport student to official ceremonies or field trips We also contract with local transportation agencies for group outing or expedition out of the city for co-curriculum activities

Career Services

Career services is a vital department at trustech which assist our students with the following services Orientation, Counseling ,Job Shadow, Workshops, Field Trips, Seminars, Work Study, work survival skills, resume writing and many more

Activities /Clubs

Trustech offers and promote extra-curriculum activities on campus and off campus with other institutions. Such activities include: School Choir, Membership Clubs, Social Club, IT Clubs, Business Clubs. etc
