Parents’ Association
We believe an active parents’ association is vital to the life of any school. The association fosters co –operation between school and home while promoting the educational welfare and interests of the students. The Parents’ Association is a very valuable support to the school. Trustech holds parent association meetings once every quarter
Obligations of an effective student
- He/she registers on time
- He/she follows the school calendar strictly
- Complete payment of tuition on time
- Cary out research - Attend all lectures
- Does all assignments/homework
- Respect all school rules and regulations
- Is proud of his or her institution of learning and always advised others to enroll in this institution
- Is always early in class
- Seek for counseling when need be
- Do not destroy/ steal school property
- Takes his/her report card back home to parents
- Is current in national and international affairs
- Portray positive morals among mates, instructors and the administration
- Is always ready to project the image of the institution positively
- Dress responsibly
Attendance and Punctuality
It is important that students attend school regularly and punctually. In the case of irregular attendance or unpunctuality, a written explanation, signed by parents, must be sent to the Program Director.
These will be used on days like 11th February, 20th May and all public manifestation. It is compulsory for all students to participate in these ceremonial activities, and also counts towards academic standing Student must wear Trustech T-shirts, and do same twice a week during the school week, as well as during extra curriculum activities: Field trips, seminars, work shadow, etc
Discipline
At Trustech we approach discipline as positively as possible. The school code of conduct combines firmness with fairness and we encourage reliance on self – discipline and responsibility. There is the student government which is formed and the president elected by the students. The tasks of the student government ensure the warfare of the student body and proper handling of any issue arising, which if not resolved is channeled to the institution disciplinary community. The outcome may be a reprimand or expulsion in serious violation of the school rules and regulations
Student Clubs
The school encourages students to in clubs such as the Homework Club, Music Club, Computer Club, which takes within the school and other schools
Healthy Eating
The school encourages healthy eating with both breakfast in the morning and healthy lunches available to all students during the day from the school restaurant.
